Use of the service

Shamar is an inspection-management service. Users must have permission from their organization to access facilities, enter information, take photographs, and create reports.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting their login information and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared unless an organization has expressly approved that arrangement.

Inspection records

Organizations remain responsible for reviewing inspection results, meeting legal and regulatory duties, and deciding how long records should be retained. Shamar does not replace professional, legal, or regulatory judgment.
